My Journey
My journey into craniosacral therapy began as a mother searching for answers.
Our babies were fussy. They slept terribly. They struggled to nurse. They faced reflux, digestive discomfort, and signs of tension that were hard to understand. Pediatricians chalked it up to colic. But the daily struggle affected our whole family—including my own nervous system.
Tongue-tie revisions helped, but our babies still showed signs of tension and dysregulation. Eventually, I discovered craniosacral therapy. As I began learning more about the body, regulation, sensory overwhelm, tension patterns, tethered oral tissues, and the body’s innate capacity for healing, so much of what we had experienced finally began to make sense to me.
That personal journey grew into a passion for offering gentle, supportive care to other families walking similar paths.
I have completed trainings in Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, the Gillespie Approach to Craniosacral Fascia Therapy, Sensory Integration for Pediatrics, and Infant CST and Fascia Release Techniques. I am also currently pursuing my massage therapy license and expect to be licensed for massage by fall 2026.
At Flourish Touch, my goal is to provide calm, attentive bodywork that supports babies, children, moms and dads, and anyone else seeking greater comfort, connection, and regulation.
